How to Start a Return or Exchange

Simply email us at info@nanasgoods.com within 7 working days of receiving your order. Please include:

  • Your full name

  • Your invoice number

  • The item(s) you wish to return or exchange

We’ll guide you through the process from there.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be sent back within 10 working days in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, unaltered, neatly folded, and with all tags attached.

  • Please ensure your return meets these conditions, as we won’t be able to accept items that don’t.

Shipping & Refunds

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Once we receive your return, we’ll carry out a quick quality check.

  • If approved, we’ll process your refund (excluding original shipping costs) within 5 working days back to your original payment method.

Important Notes

  • Sale items and promotional purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
