General Terms and Conditions of Nanas Goods
1. Scope of Application Nanas Goods operates an online store. The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between Nanas Goods and customers who purchase goods via ourwebsite. The version of the GTC valid at the time of order placement applies.
2. Offer and Availability All offers on our website are non-binding and subject to availability. We reserve the right to adjust prices and product selections at any time. Product descriptions are based on supplier information or samples. Slight variations in size, colour, structure, or workmanship may occur.
3. Order and Conclusion of Contract By placing an online order, you make a legally binding offer to enter into a purchase agreement and accept these GTC and the prices stated. You will receive an order confirmation from us. This confirmation does not yet constitute acceptance of the offer. The legally binding contract is only concluded when we send an official order confirmation via email.
4. Prices and Currency All prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and do not include shipping costs. Shipping fees are calculated separately and displayed at checkout.
5. Payment Methods We currently accept the following payment methods:

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. Orders will only be processed after successful payment authorisation.
6. Delivery and Shipping We currently ship within Switzerland. Orders are dispatched via Swiss Post from our warehouse in Bern or Zurich. Standard delivery times are approximately 5 working days if the item is in stock. In the event of stock shortages, we will inform you via email. Shipping delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, third parties, or force majeure are beyond our control. If delivery is delayed beyond one month, you have the right to cancel your order.
If a package is not collected or is returned to us due to incorrect address information, we reserve the right to charge for the full shipping costs and any additional fees incurred.
7. Shipping Costs Shipping costs (including packaging and transport) are based on weight:

Up to 2 kg = CHF 7.

Up to 5 kg = CHF 9.

Up to 10 kg = CHF 10.

Orders over CHF 200 will be shipped free of charge.
Expedited shipping options may be available upon request. Please contact us before completing your order if you require express delivery.
8. Returns and Exchanges Customers may return goods within 10 working days after receipt, at their own expense and risk. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, complete, and in their original packaging with tags attached. The reason for return must be provided.
Exclusions: Used, opened, or personalised items cannot be returned. If the return criteria are met, we will refund the purchase price minus shipping costs.
Returns that do not meet the criteria may be refused.
9. Warranty and Defective Goods Customers must inspect delivered items immediately and report any defects within 5 days of receipt via email. Defective goods must be returned within 10 days of receipt, and we will cover the return shipping costs. Late reports or returns will not be eligible for a warranty claim.
10. Liability Nanas Goods is not responsible for damages caused by improper use, normal wear and tear, or external factors beyond our control. We also do not assume liability for indirect or consequential damages.
11. Privacy and Data Protection We handle your personal data with care and in compliance with Swiss data protection laws. Personal information is only used for order processing and customer service. More details can be found in our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These GTC and the contracts entered into under them are subject to Swiss law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction is Bern, Switzerland.
13. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions We reserve the right to update these GTC at any time. The latest version will be published on our website and will apply from the date of publication.
